Thank you so much for sharing. I turned 69 last month. I'm overweight and flabby. I have just started a year long self care regimen that I will continue the rest of my life. I was a very fit young woman & want to have my last year's as healthy and fulfilling as possible. My regimen includes, healthy eating, intermittent fasting, supplements, skin care, exercise, dedicated Bible study, community activities. It's all about me this next year but of course time for my 5 children and 13 grandsugars. I loved the coffee ground use.

I am so happy to have found your channel ❤ I have been binge watching you and you have brought back so many memories of Mom and Oma. While watching, I remembered something from when we traveled to Austria back in 1972 (of all things to remember I remember a food! 😂). I remember it being ground beef, shaped more like a hot dog and it was spicy. I know I will completely destroy the spelling, of what I remember it being called - chivapcici, or something like that? Do you know what I am thinking of and do you have a recipe?

That meal looks delicious absolutely! It reminds me of a meal that sometimes I hear of people doing for St. Patrick's Day. Never heard of it with spetzially. But with some type of potato dumplings usually. I hear they do nettle quite a bitfor saint. Patrick's day In ireland . I myself am German but I always do a St. Patrick's Day meal. Just for fun Guinness chocolate cake yum is one of my favorite.
I have to say though I especially enjoyed your me time. Part of the video it is such necessity for people and people don't realize it

I love your selfcare routine :o) I like to add nettles to mashed potatoes, first steaming and than cutting them very fine. I also love them in soup.
And I will try some spatzle soon, first got to order that spatzel tool. Does it taste like pasta?
