My issue is I’m using the digital key card and every time I unlock the car with it it logs me in as a guest. Now perhaps I have used the original key fob once before which might have screwed it up to begin with?

I would like to know what information is saved in driver profiles besides the driver seat settings. Does it save the mirrors, ac controls, temperature etc etc? Thanks

Yes, saves all that plus more. Literally any setting that is adjusted in the idrive menus.

Any idea how to sync BOTH keys to the same profile? It's driving me nuts. When I try to sync the second key it unsyncs the first!
