You guys should make a mission for people to download and be able to fly along pre recorded flights you did. High show , low show…. Fly any position on the team and see if they have what it takes.
DCS doesn’t have that capability yet unlike YSFlight. I honestly wish that was a thing. Flying with a replay of yourself as flight lead would be the best kind of self training.
