I would always go with a certified Mckenzie Method clinician, whether chiro or PT, first. Otherwise, in this case, I would go chiro. My advice to be aware of your shoulders relative to your ears when pressing overhead. I typically cue, “shrug your shoulders down into you back pockets” and try to keep them there as you lift. Anytime your shoulders shrug up when you press you start overusing your neck muscles to move your arms/shoulders. We have a bunch of vids on this if you search neck or shoulder playlists on our channel.
