I had exactly the same issue 😅 been racking my brain doing all the steps and what do you know! Enabling the SVM also saved my desktop! Thankyou soooo much for sharing this, you've just saved me a fortune
Had a Dell pc that had similar symptoms to this at work. Thankfully it was under warranty. But it would sometimes let you get to windows or even boot to a USB, or go to the system repair menu etc. You would get a bsod every single time at every step in the process. Even pulled the nvme and put into an enclosure, reformatted the drive, no go. Many times it wouldn’t boot from a USB we created that was specifically for that Dell per their tools. BSOD there as well. The issue survived a new psu, and a new motherboard as well. We ended up mailing it to Dell for troubleshooting. They sent it back with a new motherboard, new CPU, and new ram as well iirc. Keep in mind this pc also had passed all the Dell diagnostic tools. Including their advanced diagnostic. Not sure exactly what the issue ended up being.
disabling global c - state control finally worked, I was already putting on shoes to admit defeat and go to some tech support when this popped up on my youtube feed. If I wasn't a broke college student that has spent most of his money fixing the pc it would be my first time donating to someone online.

** Need Your help ASAP please ** Mine went into the black screen while using randomly sometimes when I watch RUclips sometime when working on Premiere or gaming I did every solution on the Internet but still have the same problem. List what I did: 1- Run bios on default settings like the turn off RAM XMP etc.. 2- Rest Bios and take off the battery for a few minutes. 3- Change ram 4 - unplug every part of the PC and put it back. 5 - format and install new windows. 6- Change display port wires. The most likely cause is a driver issue for your GPU, or Faulty Hardware. Overheating could also be a cause. Try switching from Displayport to HDMI to see if that might changes things as well. Lastly its possible it might be your Power Supply. Difficult to know for sure but this is a place to start.
@@Reviewing_Playing_and_More_RPM I have had the same problem for almost a year now sometimes it never happens and sometimes it is hellish what I think is power supply but I don’t know how to get better power supply since I have to use 2 extenders to have power

Yeah, swapped out all the parts first, then realized it was software somehow, and got lucky that this worked. Thanks
