WARM UP EXERCISES BEFORE WORKOUT 7 MIN | Dynamic Stretching Routine

  • Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
    Today, we prepared dynamic stretching that can be performed to prevent injury and improve exercise performance before this exercise.
    I included the movements that I usually do before strength training and the movements that I think would be nice to include by default.
    Considering the video time, some actions could have been omitted. If necessary, it would be nice to warm up by including joints such as the neck or wrist.

    Hi Jae-Ho. It is the first time I tried your warm-up exercise. It is just right for me. Thank you very much.
    Suggestion: If it is not too much a hassle, you may add some instructions such as how many rep we should do. However, keep it minimal and simple as it is. Your videos are very cool.

      Wow, it's been about 5 years since I haven't done Pilates, so I don't think I'll be able to get my posture right now. Heh Pilates is a good exercise. We will also prepare other videos related to warm-up so that we can upload them. ^ ^

      @@Jaeho_Fitness I actually broke my wrist- non displaced distal radial fracture- last Feb- no surgery but it delayed me finishing my training. Your videos have helped me add more variety to my strength training. The recovery is frustrating because of stiffness& reduced extension- but I will work hard to complete my training. I’m always impressed by someone like you who is in amazing shape because I know how much discipline& hard work it takes to get there!

      Are you asking if there are moves you can do when you have back pain? Warm-up movements that move the hip joint and thoracic spine will be helpful, except for stretching or bending the waist.

      Do you have any questions about burning belly fat? Since it is a warm-up exercise, the energy consumption effect will be small. However, if you mix warm-up training and hiit exercise for weight loss, you will be able to expect a lot of energy consumption. In the future, we will create and upload a video that combines warm-up and hiit exercises.

      In order to increase muscle mass, additional resistance is essential. If weight equipment is not available, it is common to perform push-ups using weight vests or multi-joint exercises such as squats within 8 to 12 reps. Of course, if you can apply the same load as above with bare body exercise, you can also expect a sufficient effect.

      It seems like a really difficult topic. I'm not an expert in the field, so it's difficult to answer. It is only known that growing adolescents can help grow in height by about 2 to 3 cm if they continue to do exercises involving jumping movements. ㅠ It seems that the information related to height growth is still unclear.

    no ! don't do stretching before warmup and not even before workout. the Stretching is supposed to be done after workout

      Thank you for watching my video, which has many shortcomings. ^ ^ That's right, it's not included in the video, but I know that static stretching can reduce exercise performance by about 5%. However, in terms of injury prevention, static and dynamic stretching are said to be helpful. ^ ^
