Another hypnotically, inspiring interview. These interviews matter and make a difference for those of us that take them to heart. Thanks so much, Tom.
Man, I live for people like you that open themselves up to really being impacted by these people and interviews. Thanks for commenting!
Wow! I feel a whole, different level of respect for this man. I'm editing this interview for duration and showing it to my 11th grade students. They are all immigrants and very unmotivated about school this year, and who can blame them? Teachers are forced to teach for the Regents. I already reviewed everything they need for the ELA regent, now I will inspire them about the things that matter. Even if I get in trouble, I know this is the right thing to do. The education system has failed our students enough, I refuse to continue being compliant. Thank you for this interview Impact Theory team!
Wyclef brings honor our people. I'm so glad you put him on the radar of people who wouldn't normally seek him out
"If we came from nothing and we turned it into something, we do not expect not less from you." Gave me the chills. I will never use an automatic excuse ever. I am going to figure it out!
Yaaaaaaas!!!
No words, just enjoy it... I laugh, got emotional, felt compassion, admiration and I got inspired. What more can I expect from an interview?
That's awesome. Wyclef is super multidimensional.
There's only one like button for an interview that's worth more than a million. I felt like clicking like over and over again. Hats off to you Wyclef, and thank you Tom for the impact that you have through your own story and your guests on the show.
Keep inspiring.
ok....WYCLEF Str8 KILLED that freestyle!
Right?!!! How nuts was that?!
Just FIRE. This interview was amazing. I can't believe I had never listened of Wycleaf before.
Am a gospel music minister and it would be an honour meeting Wyclif he is full of life. Thank you Tom for considering success all round..
Shout out from SOUTH AFRICA!
Incredible interview.. I am so inspired.
Thank u, kindly.
What up, South Africa?! Glad you like Wyclef. I think he's amazing!
TOM!! I found you!! I thought you had stopped. This and every other interview you have done is changing my life! THANK YOU for pushing through with this 💙👏🏽🙌🏽✊🏽
WOW...SO BEYOND INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you Tom for for introducing all these Awesome ppl with incredible mindsets to us! Much Gratitude:)
Truly my pleasure! I enjoy them as much as you!
This series has been my best find this year. Am already being transformed and getting even bigger results. Thank you for thinking of us in advance Tom Bilyue
A rare encounter where both the interviewer and the interviewee bring magnetic energy & ideas to the table all while keeping it extremely intimate and organic. Bravo!!
I am so glad that I went back to this interview with Wyclef Jean. Absolutely touching. His freestyle is a quick story of his life that took us from birth to the Earthquake of Haiti. So powerful. I want to say that I am proud to see you Tom and you Wyclef are doing great things with your success and reaching out to the world to make it better. Much love
This is one of the best videos I've seen. As a teacher, I had one particular student (here in Thailand) who speaks fluent English without even being abroad. She says, "English is my life. I surround my life with English." And it's amazing that he hit a point home in terms of learning English through slang and what you hear on the streets.
"If you're not looking out for the next person all you are is a body, its important for us to get closer and closer" Awesome interview learned a whole lot.
Love that! Wyclef is incredible. He never disappoints.
There`s nothing like a master explaining the craft.
His impoverished childhood shaped his innovative mindset. As a kid he had to recognize opportunities happening in his surroundings because it was necessary to have and experience what you normally wouldn't. I grew up in the projects, and I experienced this first hand for 16 years, the problem is my influences were not as bad as his, but more casually friendly negative and limited, maybe, as you can see I have a tendency to have excuses, so more at fault is I let people define me and limit my thinking. I have work to do. Well that's my struggle. My theory is not going to be exact, but it will be something like that. Other than his childhood, he had a love and talent for music, and his will power and proactive nature revealed the path for him as he courageously stepped forward.
Thanks Tom Bilyeu for bringing him on the stage, it was such an amazing moment, so instructive and inspiring. As a haitian, i am proud of you, Wyclef Jean Keep shining! And keep doing this good job, Tom Bilyeu!
Much love and respect Wycliffe.

Love that! So glad you liked the episode. Wyclef captivated everyone lucky enough to be there while we filmed.
I can't listen to the whole interview in one sitting. I love listening to it and walking away and thinking. I love when he says you need to be honest or it wont work. If your not honest about what you want you wont be motivated to fulfill it. Great interview Tom. I also liked how you describe how you interview people. Awesome how you do that!
!truly amazing and inspiring! thank you Tom and thank you Wyclef

Oh my god. Wyclef, what a human being! Impressive and inspiring and still sounds like a guy you just said hello in the elevator got a smile and picked up his vibes to continue with your own in harmony.
what more can you ask from an inspirational interview...?! puts your head into thinking about what can you offer to this world, in order to improve it.
One of the best interviews i have watched in Impact Theory that i just had to go to RUclips and leave this Comment! Hey Tom and Impact Theory team. You bring value in my life in ways i never thought would be possible. I hope someday i can bring value to others as much as you bring value to me. Thank you!!

Wow!!! That song at the end blew my mind and gave me tears. Thanks guys!
this was so interactive more than an interview of words. I love the energy Wyclife brought i never heard audience reactions so many times in other interviews. i feel like i smiled the whole clip. Toms outro captured the feeling i got from the video 👏👏👏👏👏
His response at 34 minutes gave me chills. Bravo. 👍
Thank you for this journey of insight and inspiration. We have no excuse of not feeding our purpose here on earth. I had to watch this twice and take notes on the third go around. Mr. Wyclef shared some serious GEMS. He is Sammy Davis Jr, JFK & Maya Angelou reborn, like them.. .they made it their life to pass on the KNOWLEDGE while here on earth with gratitude. And for that...like Einstein, 100 years from now Wyclef Jean words will still be relevant. Also, your interview skills is beyond epic. Fantastic job!
On fire! So inspiring! Thank you to you both for this interview 🔥🔥🔥 Tom, what you and The Impact Theory team work does to my growth and mindset on daily basis is beyond words. So grateful 🙇♀️🔥

Truly appreciate the great content from two extraordinary individuals.
how does this not have way more views..😔
I'm working on that. ;-)
Almost the least passionate outro I've seen: I actually think it means he had a far greater impact than the 'regular' interviewee.
Makes me want to cry.
Makes me want to read his book.
WTFFF !! THIS IS PURE ART FROM A TO Z THANK YOU SO MUCH GOD BLESS Y'ALL !!!!!!!
Every morning, I listen, I take it in, and keep it there.... all ... damn... day.
I was in school with a major of respiratory therapy, then realized, I've always wanted to teach middle school math. So therefore, I'm now pursuing this after watching impact theory every morning. I've opened my eyes. I want to reach kids, I want them to see their potential past acedemics

POWERFUL Episode!
Another amazing interview right here! Loved it!!
WOW absolutely amazing!
So glad you liked it! Wyclef is amazing!
So genuine! humbled
I can perfectly relate, since that's my own experience as well. I lived in the projects in the early 70s and felt so privileged and honoured. We had a sink, and even a record player, so at that rate we'd soon be millionaires, I thought. And as a true regugee, as soon as communism ended, I went back, and used that whole experience to my advantage.
Haha, amazing episode. Very different, insightful, funny, and warm. Great job.
Wyclef was amazing! YOu've nailed it - he truly was warm, funny, and insightful. He was so kind to the entire team. It was awesome to see.
This was amazing. I’m so into music and I learned so much, mind blown. His freestyle at the end truly showed his talent and longevity in the industry. This was so very inspirational, once again, excellent interview. #readthemanual
WOW! I'm blown away! That was so comfortable and deep, definitely feel more connected. I feel like free styling now. Just to join the fun! He came off as like an old friend. So real. Bet he would be a blast to kick it with. Biggest takeaway: how are you cultivating connections. We all want that.
Mind. Blown.
Life changing thank you Wyclef
Tom, let me say I like how you ask you interview questions. Those are the kind of personal questions I would like to ask successful people to help me in struggles and fears to get back up and where inner motivation comes from, how did they see it differently. Because thw way ypi ask questions is by being curious and some I've listen to come from being nosy. Thanks Tom!
Glad you like the interview style. And you're right, I"m just chasing my curiosity. So glad that these amazing people are willing to share with us all.
best episode ever!
Tom. Good stuff. With Love from KENYA
