That’s a crap load of sets there bud. Ever hear of immensely over training ?!?!? What’s that, 4 sets each, 12? Exercises, 48 sets for your triceps?! Mmmmm I don’t think your triceps can recover your nervous system is destroyed by that. It only takes 1 true set to complete muscular failure to trigger the Growth mechanism in your body for it to put on the necessary size, and strength.! Mike Mentzer style. Ok say you did 2 sets per exercise. That’s like still 12 x’s 2= 24 sets ! That’s way too much still. A good 8-12 sets for your triceps if done properly is definitely all you need, and most likely aren’t over training at all ,only eating, and growing muscles!

  • @angel_machariel

The bicep is a very simple and relatively small (compared to triceps) muscle. Therefore it doesn’t require lots of sets to fully stimulate all fibers.
Heavy cable hammer curls with the rope is a great movement. I start with it, then dumbbell standing curls, and bent over isolation curls, and finish with one of these isolation movements shown here. Too many sets just overtrains the bicep which is counterproductive unless you’re on a big cycle of AA’s. I’m 63, been training for over 40 years, and my arms are bigger than his. I’ve tried it all. There are some good movements here, but again, overtraining is easy to do. Rest, recovery, and frequent small high protein meals is more important than the actual movements or number of sets or reps. One thing I like here is the video shows slower, deliberate, smooth movements. Heavy weights and too many sets will only ruin your tendons and joints.

Way to many sets. I am 54 have 19inch arms I do 12 sets each one to failure once a week. Remember when you do your back you work your biceps. Same for triceps 12 to failure when you do your shoulders and chest you work your triceps.

Interesting exercises but too many of them. 4 sets for twelve different exercises 8-12 reps. That is a minium 32 reps for each different exercise times 12 . THAT IS 384 REPS !!!! How long is this routine-an hour ? How many times are you doing it-once a month ?Also, shouldn't you be doing the triceps, the larger muscle first, before biceps ?
