  • Callum Eade is an open water swimmer and triathlete from New Zealand who overcame testicular cancer. After overcoming this challenge, he has completed 16 Ironman triathlons and over 30 Half Ironman races, and is en route to completing the Oceans Seven.
    Open Water Swimming Highlights
    1. On 24 August 2019, he completed a 33.5 km crossing of the English Channel from England to France in 10 hours 56 minutes to raise money for a research project focused on Immune Oncology Research for Kids.
    2. On 8 August 2022, he complete a 35 km crossing of the North Channel from Northern Ireland to Scotland in 11 hours 40 minutes 10 seconds.
    3. On 1 March 2023, he completed a 23 km crossing of the Cook Strait from South Island to North Island in 6 hours 41 minutes 5 seconds.
    4. On 29 September 2023, he completed a 32.3 km crossing of the Catalina Channel from Santa Catalina Island to Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California in 13 hours 5 minutes 34 seconds.
