Ron what are you talking about? Samson has structure? He had zero conditioning and was buttery smooth online . He looks straight up and down esp from the back . So that makes a aesthetics? . Maybe it’s different in person but he was really overrated, overhyped from what I thought he would be . Samson’s victory was the fact Nick Walker didn’t compete . Nick would have bumped him out of that top 3 looking at those pictures from a week out .

Johnnie sounds like he's had a stroke, slurred speach and very delayed thought processing the roids definitely have destroied a lot of cognitive abilities.
Unfortunately I think you're right. I've never heard him sound like this.
Go back and watch Johnnie's shows. One of the most underrated bodybuilders of all time.

I agree with Jackson here. Derek could win. Hadi looks about the same size-wise, except for even more deep muscle cuts & muscle maturity. Derek has improved (bigger) and kept every except he doesn't have the deep muscle cuts from the front like Hadi. Plus, Derek's win would be a boost to the entire muscle & fitness *_industry_* as he's a popular American champion.
This is spot on I’ve been poking fun at Derek for quite sometime as he is the “golden boy” of the IFBB if he does win we will def get plenty of content and he will be a proper ambassador as they like to say I don’t think he’s the best yet tho imo his front is just not up to par yet to be Mr Olympia
@@kaizersoze2606 - Derek is the real deal in social media (unlike Grimes, who's pictures look better than he truly is) 🤣 Hadi is utterly impressive from front & back and is the current champ. However, with everything going on in the world, Iran isn't a hotbed of anything and won't be in the significant future. The judges were awesome last year and gave the title to the best person, period. But this year, man... if there's ever a "split decision" no judge would be blamed, because Derek is that good.
If Keon beet Shawn, Samson will win the Mr Olympia if they use the same judging standards.
Actually, Derek would beat Hadi. But see your point.
No you are wrong with that theory you have that would make Derek the winner because Derek is younger like Keon and they see the potential in them.

Shape and aesthetics should be the baseline for bodybuilding then grainy look would be they tie breaker. Bubble guts and weak abs should be an automatic disqualifyer, back of the line.

Top 2 Derek and Hadi, did Ron leave out Samson on purpose?! Even if he places third he was still in the top callout right there w Hadi and Derek. Imo Samson beats Derek, but Hadi did enough to retain it I think. Keone won 212 tho, so judges may have other plans.

@@granddaddyofthemall6320 I disagree and I was there. Samson has better shape, more size and balance. Derek’s legs are still not balancing his top half.
@@benjyperez5606 Absolute size is not judged but who has the most muscle on their bones, Derek and Hadi have more muscle than Samson.

I went on record about 20 times leading up to the O saying my top 3 was Derek, Hadi, and Samson - just like it happened
