16:20 I work as a dish boy at a movie theater and every night during closing the guys and I would share the fries that are left over so it doesn’t get tossed, and one of the assistant managers caught me and my friend eating said fries and I froze like a deer in headlights because I thought I was about to get in trouble. She just said that it’s okay to eat the fries only after closing and as long as it’s not in front of customers.
I was croupier in a casino. 6 weeks training school unpaid. If you finish your first month you get back pay to cover the unpaid weeks. A new recruit did the 6 weeks unpaid. On his first shift he tried to steal £500 worth of casino chips. Sacked on his first day. No pay for 6 weeks. What an idiot.
I was late by 2hours on my first day of my most recent job. Haven’t been late since not have I called off once; set a PM alarm instead of an AM alarm. Almost a year deep now.
Once had to train a new guy but sacked him on the spot because the first thing he said to me was "You're the same age as me, you ain't teaching me jackshit" I admitted he was right about the age part but I pointed to three stripes on my shoulder and said "Until you get one more of these than I do, I AM teaching you Jack shit and you WILL listen.."
One comes to mind, I was a vendor and the guy worked for the actual store. It was a landscaping store and I was part of the plant suppliers and his job for the store was to use the forklift and load rocks/dirt/mulch/etc. His first day, he showed up probably drunk but I thought he was hungover. I’m trying to give him the talk like “get it together man, you can’t do this your first day. Go take a break and get some water from the gas station, here’s a few Tums, and pull yourself together”. He nods and walks to the gas station. I come back to the pick up section and this man is on the ground, out like a light, with 2 empty beer cans. I shook my head and got the store manager. Idc if a person has a margarita or a beer on their lunch break, I have too, but you can’t be drinking and working the forklift and ya gotta function.

10:00 I am going to assume that due to the ubiquity of automatic transmission, there is nothing on a US license that indicates knowledge of that and/or manual. Licenses in my country have different codes printed on them that indicate proeficiency e.g. 1-motorcycles, 2-light vehicles-manual, 3-heavy vehicles-manual, 4 -light vehicles-automatic and so on. So if you can drive a motorbike, a car in manual and a car in automatic, your license will have code 124.
Id feel bad if it was just the one time, but whether she was having a stomach bug or this is a chronic condition, she should've either taken the rest of the day off or gotten an adult diaper. It's the fact that same day it happened twice, when it is something that could've been prevented or at least some effort could've been taken. It sucks, but it also sucked that another teacher and custodian had to clean up her poo twice while a class of kids ran around unattended
@@ameliarose47 Yeah, like I feel bad for her I guess, but that's a biohazard. In a school. you just have to wonder what's going on in someone's mind when they act like that... Seems like a total disconnect from reality.
Which story are you referring to?
Christ so many of these people need to be in, and remain in, jail.
The first story pissed me off cos people like that don't deserve to be given jobs that good people need. Complete disregard for people's safety!

Notice women want "equality" in jobs that give them authority over others but not jobs that require working.
