As a person who just managed a project. I didn’t know or realize that it’s harder to manage people that don’t report to you.

    Hey Andrew!
I’ve listened to all of your videos about handling resume gaps or self employment; My situation is slightly unique.
-I left a hospitality company in August & have been a self employed short term rental property Manager since then managing my own Airbnb from end to end.
-I’m a little confused as to if I should update my linked in & resume to show the short gap or to show this self-employment. What’s the best strategy?
I’ve been working in the short term rental industry & am still focusing my search on that industry so it is relevant but I don’t want it to be a red flag. 🚩
Thanks so much, as always - you’re the best of the best! ❤
