Much as I love the tail design itself (those colours and the bass clefs are AMAZING) and the fact that you finally have a silicone tail, I enjoyed this video because it shows the wonderful sense of community that you have with your mer-friends and even their mer-tenders (cool to see Aiden with Rebekah a month before their marriage). I never thought I would be so happy just to see a bunch of people putting on tails and chatting away but you all seem to be so supportive and enjoy each other's company so much. That's something to share and celebrate, no matter what your common interest may be.

The dark skinned lady next to you...I would have loved to see more of her full ensemble. Her top was amazing from what I could see. You looked so beautiful but it looks really hard to get in and out of the tail and water lol. Regardless, some day I hope to have one of my own. Until then I will just rock the fabric tails like you and Courtney.

For some reason, when they put her on the shore to wriggle into the water and swim away, it reminds me of those dolphin rescues.
Now if only knees could bend forward just like they bend backwards, then the swimming would look more like an actual mermaid.

I’m late but my knees actually bend both ways sort of and as soon as I found out I called them mermaid knees.
Solution: _dont have knees_

Those of us with double joints/hyperextension can! I've only got a fabric tail but I can flex my knees the other way and make everything look very flowy. Pretty cool.

awwww i remember when i was younger i would scavenge the internet for mermaid videos and could never find any that were very interesting, now i'm back and i'm looking at some of the videos that weren't out when i was younger.
