Thank you so much this has been very helpful. Oh also, on the intro, and at the very end, you lave a lovely pale blue piece, can you tell me what the lace pattern is called, it is beautiful, and I don't know what it's name, so can't look it up.

What if I want a picot edge on the long side of my knitting instead of the cast off edge? Can that be done?
