at 4:43 you showed the mousepad not fully illuminating fully around the entire mousepad, mine is doing the same thing. how did you get it to fully illuminate all the way around?
Hi there, i sincerely do apologise for the late reply. Unfortunately i no longer have this mat and have went for a more minimalist look with regards to my laptop setup.
Wow mines still going strong however i did pack it away for a while and went with a more clean minimalist look for my table. Sometimes these things happen with most tech products some fold last's years while others breakdown fairly quickly that shouldn't be case. But my best advice would be to invest in something better or return for a refund.

mine wont even turn on after

There should be a model number? Check the box of the laptop or behind the laptop top it should tell what model it is.
