I think the instrument name you are looking for is Accordion. But you was very close with Harmonica my friend. A harmonica look nearly the same, except it gets it air from the user blow air into it. Where the accordion gets its air from you compressing/expanding its bellows.
If you meant the "board" looking instrument with keys on from teh guy sitting down, then it is some version of a Kantele. Never seen the version he uses, and doesn look like any electric Kantele i know of.
Interestingly, an accordion is called a 'harmonika' in danish. A harmonica is a 'mundharmonika' (mouth accordion). The instrument with keys that you blow into is called a 'melodika'. But then, we're usually drunk.

I like a lot both the Seagulls and Tarja, and Sleeping Sun the original one is really beautiful. And I have heard it by many metal cover singers as I like to listen covers. And this has very nice music, I like what they did with it. But.... not happy with the vocal arrangement, the operatic part didn't fit it in here at all, it's not right to the song's style. I liked much the other Tarja song "Until My Last Breath" she and the Seagulls did together, that was very good.

This sound is from Russia, because more people came in the centuries in Finland from this land: Karelia, in the meddle through Finland and Russia (You can see are different from the typical Finland people).
