Where is it made?
As a kid, 35 years ago, I had a Japanese RC, a Jeep, I remember it was 4x4 with high and low (You had to change it down), had lights that could be turned on and off, I think it was the toy I used the most, it was repaired at least 3 times. This Junmy reminded me of it!

It is a amazing rc car, in terms of the detail to it. the steering also turns with the wheels as well. Rich at Rc network disassembled his one and shows it in detail.

Think your camera and videography is great - so whatever makes you guys happy :). This car is amazing. I love all the details and light options. My only nitpick, and it is a nitpick, is not liking the caution lights on with the fog lights. I'm someone who drives with fog lights + normal mostly because I love the look of it. With this car and the angle you're filming makes it look like you're fast-forwarding the recording when it goes "full speed" forward or back, it's hilarious. Really neat vehicle!

If like to see some real scale muscle cars. Metal frame, scale suspension, interior. Then modify them into no prep cars. Imagine a no prep class with stock metal frames, limited suspension mods, solid axle rear ends. Motor has to be mounted in the front. Doors have to open. Stuff like that would be cool. Tire width limit,

I’ve got one of these and I love it, your right they are definitely on the expensive side but as you say we do have to pay that little bit extra for true to scale realism and features, lol I wish it come with a horn as well, and an alarm thing how cool that would be.. although it performs pretty well this is definitely more of a collector’s piece.. happy rcing guys..

That was cool but was there a defect on the back tail lights on the right tail light the clear section is longer than the left tail light and when it goes into reverse the reverse light in the right lights up but no reverse light on the left tail light, all cars have reverse lights on both tail lights. Also for $269: it seems the radio is alittle cheap.
But yes it's crazy details on this but honestly that rear missing reverse light bothers me. For that price.wasnt sure you guys even noticed but excellent review guys
I don’t understand the reverse on this thing. You have to like flick it quickly then it goes sometimes. Am I missing something?

@Dave N Hi, I did plan using a Mezco clothed figure, using a smaller body but still too large for the space. Observation, doors difficult to open and not recommended to do so too often. Strange set up with rear lights, brake function when reversing but not stopping.

This RC Truck is pretty nice. A licensed RC means they can be very accurate! I have friends who drive Suzuki's and they are pretty good for off-roading. The Jimny it is as famous for off-roading around the world as the Land Rover, Toyota FJ series and the Jeep are. We saw an earlier version of the Jimny as the Suzuki Samurai, then as the Sidekick. GM also sold it on under the Geo Tracker name. Later versions never made it to the North American market, unfortunately.
It is definitely a great scale RC model with just about all the features you could want.

The only thing to appreciate on this model is the little scale details but the engineering behind it sucks oh don't get me wrong it works good until it don't anymore and then all these wonderful reviews everyone gives this truck will change I've used mine five times and the steering servo started making a stripping noise like gears grinding try changing that easily ain't nothing easily fixed on this piece of s*** .

@@TheRcSaylors all I'm saying is it was not advertised as the operational shelf Queen it was advertised as something that actually would last quality built and would work five times and I paid $100 and something dollars for it's not worth it FMS will not be around too much longer if they keep putting out stuff that is not able to be serviced that does not make sense I have a wpl d42 van I bought at the same time still going and those are thought to be toy grade and crap but it's still going

The real car is already very small so it probably is 1/12 lol
and still... turning signals alway when you turn the steering wheel... this sucks, totally not sclae at all... this thing has 4 light modes, but none without the turning signals... super stupid
I mean, if you want to get hung up on something, I guess it could be about the turn signals 🤷♂️ Valid point, but I think it won't affect the fun factor enough for us to get rid of ours. We like it for what it is 👍😁😎⚓
