Try adding concealer on top of the highlighter I think it would look super pretty and also it did help correct some of the darkness so maybe use it like a colour corrector
I actually think your dark circles are so pretty… I’m quite pale so mine are really stark and make me look unwell, but yours are almost like a natural eyeshadow and suit you ❤
I use to do this when I was a "influencer" over 8 years ago and I have to say this method is good for photos/video shoots but terrible for in person. If you want to brighten your under eye and still look natural opt for a gold liquid eyeshadow and put it in your inner corner and you can also put some on your water line. Blend into oblivion and it will brighten your eyes without the weird creasing that will come up after and hour of wearing the method you tried in this video ☺️
Try highlighter+ a bit of concealer/color corrector. The highlighter doesn't get rid of undereyes (especially for people who have prominent ones, like myself), but it gives a beautiful brightness to your undereyes/cheeks, so pretty! I would try and combine the two (unless you're going for a natural look and don't mind showing your undereyes, which imo yours are not that dark, you look good with them uncovered as well👍🏻 I can only wish lol)
I have a really good concealer suggestion, the Maybelline four in one glow perfector! as a brown girly as well, it looks so natural but helps and really is my tried and true concealer

Exactly
Its rlly pretty though!! Much better than a cakey under eye in my opinion

I think the Cay Beauty sunscreen would look really good on you for this technique - it's a golden shimmer and makes the face look so refreshed

You should try the “demi” method!
I've been using the elf halo glow (with a tiny bit of my reg concealer) as concealer lately.

So cute!!! 💖
Im suuuuper pale and i also get very dark under eyes. Thx for the tip
But it may make the under eyes ashy instead we can 1st do color correct then apply highlight which may work for brown skin well.
