- “None of Self and All of Thee” was written by Theodor Monod in 1874. The tune we sing was composed by James McCranahan in 1876. It’s a song of examination describing four different stages in our spiritual life. Where are you?
Beloved, thanks for your most desired teaching
Watching I love that song it reminds me of where I have been and I am trying to deny self not yet there but I want to keep trying
It is a beautiful hymn that's been inspiring people to act better for 150 years. It's a real blessing that God told us to sing with our hearts because we can devote these phenomenal songs to memory and have them always with us.
Very nice topic brother Kyle
Thank you kindly!
