  • Hi, I'm Robin, 22 years old, and I was doing sports my whole life. I was playing football, I was exercising in the gym, then I was doing martial arts like Muay Thai. But still, I got that feeling that there is more to this body, that it had bigger potential.
Then I discovered Eero and Vahva Fitness because of Jiri Prochazka - victory! And intuitively I joined the program, Movement 20XX.
It was exactly what I was looking for. I think it is so effective because it really strengthens the body in really equal way every muscle, even the muscles that I wasn't using before.
And it really improved the functioning and also the movement of my body. But the most important thing for me is that it didn't just change my body.
In equal proportion, it changed my mind because I feel that through the movement and through the potential of my body, I actually discover the potential of my mind, and I'm discovering actually myself.
I could maybe talk another hour about the benefits of this program.
But to keep it short, I can just say that it literally changed my life and gave me the new way to go.
If you're feeling to join the program, don't think and just join it because everything, the only thing you're joining actually is your own potential.

Hello from 🇺🇸. I’ve been listening, I’ve been a seeker my whole life. 45 years old and have done some feats that made people question what they saw. I don’t know how, until you put it together on that last podcast. 💡Your Archeologists, thank you for opening the portal

I did Crossfit until the pandemic and found Movement20XX. Now I continue with Movement 20XX with self-created flows and strenght-traning-days. Crossfit seems now a little bit weird in my opinion.
