I really need this kinds of podcasts in my life. It's actually true that you'll be conscious about your health ones you noticed that you're doing something wrong. I've been living a very unhealthy lifestyle and now that I am near my 30's, I'm slowly noticing that something's wrong with my health and few months back I started to have a regular care for myself like drinking vitamins, herbals and having fasting.

Will may theory ako bakit "Baka" addicted ka sa chocolates and ice-cream at night or pas midnight,, theory lang to ah,, baka mali rin naman. Calorie deficit triggers cravings. Siguro in someway your body is compensating or needing the right amount of calorie,, if not since hyper active ka and you are doing so much thing (work, exercise etc) baka your body is sending signals to your brain saying that we need this...or that.. Pero in a result men physically fit ka naman, which is mahirap din magawa.
