Thanks, the bass player actually built it. Really like it. Sounds great and , especially, it stays in tune ( which is a big help) I use it thru a Janglebox which is quite an amazing bit of gear. I've tried it thru a couple of other compressor like pedals, but that one is special in terms of the crunch and brightness. Thanks again for your kind words.

Our bass player makes guitars- he uses a Hofner, other basses are home made. Lead singer- Takamine acoustic, Casino, Gretsch and a home made "Rick". Middle guitarist (me)- home made "Tele". home made 12 string, Fender Jazzmaster, Epiphone Dot (custom pickups). Other guitarist - Les Paul. All the home mades are by Tom ( bassist) Someone else had posted that we should be using authentic Beatle instruments and that, indeed, would be very nice. Given we are amateurs, play other types of stuff besides Beatles, plus, honestly, can't afford to, we use what we have at hand. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the detailed reply! Yeah the "authentic" instruments are beautiful but can be quite expensive. I have two less expensive Casinos and a cheaper Hofner bass. I did, however, open up the check book and purchased a Rickenbacker 350V63 Liverpool. Love that guitar! Keep up the good work!
Everybody want to play Beatles, including these COUNTRY guys, Why don't create something original??? Imagine John Lennon singing Elvis Presley songs all his Iife ? He wouldn't be able to create all the songs he made
