I remember hearing this song from the best hockey movie ever "slap shot", and listening to this song on a 33 vinyl from Ktel back in the day. Love your voice Sarah, I wish you would do some Pat Benatar, Martha Davis (the motels) or Rindy Ross (quaterflash). Your voice is just on track. Keep on singing.

That's straight out of my teen era of the mid '70s, 1976 to be exact when mid to long length hair, shiny psychedelic polyester shirts, hip tight bell
bottom pants and "stacks" high platform shoes, (3 to 6 inches high)and hitting the Discos where you would show how proficient you were and how well you could "Get Down" and "Boogie" was the thing to do on a clear plexeglass multi-light colored dance floor and hanging from the ceiling was a large 24" -36" mirror ball which reflected multi- colored lights and strobes down on the dance floor and throughout the Disco.

I just came across Maxine’s video of this song from about ‘76. I didn’t realize how beautiful she is and what a great voice. Then I thought, I wonder if Sarah ever sang this one. So I searched and…yeah, she did. And then I played it and…oh YEAH, she most definitely did!! 😃. You sounded just like Maxine. Outstanding! One of your best! And beautiful, too! ❤
