It's a great bill. Having said that, radar repeaters and super radars are "fancier" binary radars (as well as "true" binary radars). Check to see what range bills similar to yours sell form and aim there. I'd compare your bill to a 33833833 rather than a 10000001 for example. As for what I'd pay, this isn't a bill I'm looking for, but if it started at say $10 I'd put a bid in. I wouldn't go much higher. That's not to say that no one would go higher, but just not me. I'd try to sell it for more than $10 if it were mine, though.
