Before you reach the lower reservoir, you see the trail split. If you travel the other trail it's a longer drive up the mountain to the upper reservoir/pond. A little beyond that is the upper parking lot for the Prospect Mountain Veteran's Highway and the summit of Prospect. Just hope that no one is 4 wheeling back down, there is nowhere to pass one another.
I've seen where it splits and was told that the other trail goes to Prospect Mtn, but I've only ventured where I did. It's still a nice little ride! Thanks for the info Dave on the other trail!
Great Video! What did the few signs on the trees on the way up say? I could not read them in the video. I see you said there were no "No Trespassing" signs, just wondering what they said. I go past that road all the time, little did I know. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!!!
I haven't been up Big Hollow Rd in almost a year since I've been doing my van conversion so I can't remember what those small signs said. I remember reading them at the time, but that's about it! Thanks for watching!
Hi - I apologize for not responding sooner because I didn't receive a notification from RUclips that someone left a comment. With that said, I placed GPS coordinates in the video description. Also, the part of the interstate from Albany, NY to Canada is a toll free road referred to as "the Northway" but it is technically I-87. The video will show you turn by turn directions for the Lake George exit to Big Hollow Rd and to the tunnels. If you're in the area sometime, drop me an email and I'll be glad to meet you and show you the tunnels! adkoverlandny@gmail.com
That I don't know. I haven't seen any signs that prohibit overnight camping or no trespassing signs the entire length of the road. Thanks for watching!
What is ASMR? ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response; a term used to describe a tingling, static-like, or goosebumps sensation in response to specific triggering audio or visual stimuli. Hopefully the soothing sound of the waterfalls will relax you as you enjoy my video!

How do I get here!? This is awesome. Do you have the coordinates of the tunnels?

Is overnight camping allowed anywhere along that road?
