Very nice work! You have done a masterful job on your build and your videos are well done. I got the same bubble levels, but now we just place a little circle level on the truck console so the driver can see it without getting out of the cab.
Looks great! I need to pick up some of those levels for our trailer. We were up your way over the weekend but didn't make it quite that far over. Next time!
Love your videos. I just picked up my Hawk shell from your Dealer yesterday! I'm also in the U P and would like to E mail you with some specific questions if you are amenable. A U P Four Wheel gathering would be fun.
You are going to love your Hawk. I don't do email but you can message me on Facebook or leave a comment on any video and I will be sure to get back to you. I don't get that many comments so I can keep up with incoming questions. Are you planning to build it out or use it as is?
@@NorthernExplorerOverland a little of both. I noticed yours took three years, but I want to start using it right away. That’s why I was hoping that a UP4 wheel gathering would be fun. How do I contact you on Facebook?
@@thirdpig45 facebook.com/profile.php?id=100074185025627 Just use Facebook messenger. Your rig definitely doesn't need to be fully built out to start using it. We were camping right away in ours. No offence but I'm not really a group camping kind of guy. :)
@@NorthernExplorerOverland sorry it took so long to reply to this. I had some truck trouble that I had to work out. No offense taken, Shawn did say that you were a quiet kind of guy and I can appreciate that! Shawn is allowed to give you my personal info if you can get in touch with me, he can with my permission give that to you. I would like to discuss a few things that are pertinent to my build out.
have you ever considered utilizing the truck cab by connecting the camper and truck with some kind of a window boot for crawling through ? or to much trouble and no need
The back window of my truck doesn't open and the front window of my camper doesn't open. If they did I think it would be a bit to small for me to comfortably fit through. I think I've seen this done a few times with other campers for dogs to pass through.
I tried to follow all your videos, but I seem to have missed what you did about gray water. We camp in a lot of places where the discharge of gray water is prohibited. Even with all the tweaks you have made do you still have to drain into outside bucket?
Yes. We have a 4 gallon Reliance water jug that we use. I just didn't want to take up any interior space with a grey water tank. I've seen some people make exterior (permanently mounted) grey water tanks that fit above the wheel well. I'll stick with what I have for now.
No nonsense and no stupid music. Keep up the good work.
Man that time back splash is awesome thanks for the idea 👍
Good evening from Godley Texas, some great renovations to make your traveling/camping trips more enjoyable. Stay safe and happy travels 😎
Thank you for the levels idea and a nice product
Nice work on the camper and thank you for sharing big hugs from MN

Great job! I like the levels you have, will get some for my grandby! ✌️🇺🇲
