Prussia has the rhine which is argubly the most important part of germany. While the blue team has frankfurt which is good but red team has berlin. So Prussia wins.

IRL, during the Austro-Prussian War, Prussia fought all of them + Austria and won within 7 weeks. So to answer your question, yes, Prussia IS just too OP here.

Austria would've intervened in the side if the South German states. The north might be another story. Either way, Hohenzollern would've been captured by either Baden or Württemberg

@@Der-bl8bv i mean at the time schleswig was under denmark atleast somewhat and so was holstein and luxembourg was under the netherlands but yeah it says german states as in the ones that the german empire consisted of atleast thats what i'm assuming

Then Prussia, Depends on The Ambitions. Example Like Bismarck Wanted to Form the German empire. I had Hearts of Iron 4 Experience
