- On the one-year anniversary of the Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub in downtown St. Paul, we're celebrating the unique partnerships and people that bring the hub to life. By providing senior day services at the Fairview hub, Ebenezer's Daybreak program is creating community connectedness and support for St. Paul seniors.
