I've always thought that tennis as a sport would grow (in the US especially) if they showed court level views more. From the normal angle they have used for years, the ball appears to be going so slow. A slow looking game doesn't look exciting. A court level view shows just how fast the ball is moving, how athletic and quick the players are. It's undeniably more exciting to witness.
the court view is more immersive and makes you feel like you're playing in Federer's body. Individal sport should definitely offer POV more than broadcasting view
I’ve thought this since I was a little kid and still nobody has changed it. A bunch of idiots in charge. Tennis would blow up if they showed court level
this is one of my favorite tennis videos on youtube, ever! (I have watched a ton). I love the viewpoint - how close it is to the court (truly "court level"), and that it is on the corner, not right at the end or especiially the side. I love that is stays steady the whole time, and that it stays the SAME the whole time. That way we can focus on nothing but the tennis. I also love the sound quality - you can hear the ball strike very well; you can also hear the crowd just the right amount; the person closes to the camera has reactions appropriate to a true tennis fan: passionate but not disrespectful to the opponent of who they are cheering for.
Agassi was known for taking the ball super early as well, that guy hit bombs, nobody compares to roger though he's the king for that style.@@VictorLu-z8q
I'm glad Fed and Medvedev got to have a classic match together before Fed retired. Medvedev is one of the very few players I would pay to see play. Love watching him play tennis! Kinda awkward and unorthodox yet SO aesthetically appealing! He is also a hard worker/fighter, has a brilliant mind for the game, and is respectful without being boring. Hope he has plenty more classic Major runs! (He's already had at least a handful of classic Finals! but only won one; hope he wins a handful more)
correction: Medvedev's *forehand* is awkward yet aesthetically appealing. His backhand is utterly picture-perfect, text-book example of sound technique.
The argument is mute, neither "here nor there"...it's so relative that it's ridiculous. Nadal wins the AO 21', in the absence of Djokovic. Fed is going on 41, but has beaten Nadal the last 5 or so times they played...Djokovic's '21' U.S. Open...his semi-final, which was epic against Zverev, was the equivalent of a final, so he comes up short against Medvedev in the finals. So many variables depending on the draw, who's playing, etc. The G.O.A.T argument is entertainment only, not practical.
It's amazing how he loops it so well for every shot to land where it's most difficult for the opponent to hit back well. No wonder only Rafa/Djokovic could beat him consistently they're both defensive freaks.
I think I am a pretty good tennis player until I see something like this. Then I know I am a rank amateur compared to even the worst college or pro player.

is because the pieces of Shit that produce the videos dont play tennis. They only know about NFL or Baseball
Looks the same to me
Roger's topspin is so beautiful, he has a different spin for every shot.
lower net clearence basically
Love this viewing angle. You can see the length of strokes, as well as the shot angles on the court.
This is the best court level view I've seen on RUclips so far. The height of the ball there is so beautifully caught from that angle!
👍👍

just amazing how federer takes the ball early most of'em looks like a half volley jeez he's probs one of the earliest hitter on tour
oh he definitely is

Roger’s OHB is an art. Topspin looks so effortless!
Best tennis video ever. Thank you
Very nice video of yours, i'm really into watching this, love his tennis playing style
What a beautiful angle, Roger is the best player on the planet.❤
3:02 one of funniest reaction i've ever heard
Great POV of court level tennis. Enjoyed better with the sound off, though.

True. Oddly enough I used to like Medvedev'd game apart from, of course, Roger Federer. They are totally different but great.
Qualquer pessoa que já ousou jogar tênis sabe o quão impossível esse nível é de se chegar, um atleticismo de outra planeta
Hi. Thank you for giving us great chance to watch the good video.
May I use your video? I will leave your channel name in the video and description.
Very nice!!!
fed might not be the GOAT but he is so beautiful to watch; effortless power so smooth :)

@@jjns5600 Completely agree, I love seeing people use their brain
@@jjns5600Yes we all have our favourite players and that is what counts.
reminds you that the court is the same size than the one you walk into on sundays... only difference is they look like they're playing pingpong!
The height of the balls is the most impressive. So much clearance

@@pac0reWell later on, only Nole. But in the best of 3 Roger still could get the best of him
Espectacular video, beautifull doggy
Fed's a beast!
Normal TV angle = well, i may play like this (?)
Court level view = nope!
Loger!!!
😂😂😂
太泛泛了,就是两边生活环境、习惯很不同,移民前考虑清楚。
