Initiating a connection in HDLC communication (SNRM)

Communicating over HDLC protocol requires both parties to initiate a connection thus a virtual circuit over a network like TCP and then start transmitting data. Inthis video we will be covering the first part of connection initiation which is the exchange of SNRM packets.
