IT DOESN'T SOLVE THE ISSUE, STILL GETTING SAME MESSAGE UNRECOGNIZE DISK, EVEN CHANGED THE DISK DRIVE AND EVEN CHANGED THE MOTHERBOARD OF THE DISK DRIVE SAME PROBLEM.

Got a brand new PS5 yesterday, tried all my ps4 games and just won't recognise them. It's not even coming up as "unreadable" just nothing is showing at all. Really loud clicking sounds when the disc is interested. Tried all the solutions , disc interested correct, clean, not damaged, restart but nothing.
