I have a 2018 gti performance, I’ve had stage 2 done with - APR tuning with remap to the engine and gear box, r600 intake system, new 9 inch down pipe, sports sparks and plugs. On the dyno had 350 bhp and 420 torque. I love the car I had the golf r before which was as quick but the 4 wheel drive made it less fun. Can’t decide weather to go stage 3 with a massive turbo all in all will cost 5k, I’m more inclined to go and buy the RS3 so I’m looking in the market currently

@@beauurl its a luxury sports car brand, the A series you can maybe make that arguement but anything higher than a TT or S model you can't say it's not a a sports car (or super in terms of the r8)
I have a newer model a3 let me tell u with a Apr plus tune it comes with drive train warrranty only cost a 1000 more to get about the same power as and s3 with some bolt on parts could probably reach rs3 level

idk about this guy but with launch control in my 2016 a3 i can do 0-60 in 5.5 seconds hitting 63mph at the top of 2nd gear, Also only about 2k to make it a 330hp/350tq 2.0t stage 1 which easily gets it to s3 territory @@iwatchfamilyguy

This is Def the 2.0. the 1.8 only makes 175hp ish I think? The 2.0 makes 200hp or 220hp if I'm not mistaken, I think it's 200hp tho
