Toll was 2750. Food cost depends on everyone. Normally for us its about 1500 per day only
Bhai due to this reasons only I took Honda Elevate cvt. I know tata mahindra are indian car but honda is having manufacturing in india and exporting cars to japan. So I avoided emotions and took final division of Honda Elevate.
Bro I had Brezza Diesel earlier which never had even a slightest of the issue & I took it to every terrain including Ladakh n all.
I wanted a 4x4 vehicle only this time with bigger
, more powerful engine bcoz of the type of travel I do and under this budget there is no other option.
Otherwise Japanese reliability is unmatchable
Elevate is not a SUV while Scorpio N is 4x4 with a bigger engine and an offroader. I am sure, Manish's requirement was SUV, not hatchback on steroids (no offense). As of now its only Scorpio N which is fulfilling the Manish ' need in this budget

Very nice video. Sir I think there are two routes from Delhi to Udaypur, which one is good in terms of road condition.
Best Route is via Bhilwara, kishangarh, Jaipur ring road and then Delhi Mumbai Expressway (NE4) which I took.
Other route is via beawar which was in construction last year when I took it.

For driving long distances especially on mountain roads , a manual transmission is best. This is the reason why I only buy manuals. Automatic is ok if you only drive in the city.
Manuals are the best in terms of driving. No comparison at all. No matter how good the automatic is tuned it can never match the feel of driving a Manual gearbox.
Sir Did you try ECU reset by removing the negative terminal of battery for 10 minutes and reconnect it,it will solve the problem
After restart the issue didn't appear again. Still trying to find the cause of it.

Mahindra service center guys have been very supportive (all 3 times at different places I experienced).
Woh abhi tak issue identify nhi kar paaye hain that’s bad part. I have written to customer care as well on this.

Bhai i 2 have Scorpio N petrol automatic Z8 L. Please let me know if your issue got identified as i recently purchased and planning for trip.
The issue didn't come up again. Have got the car to service center 3 times. They have done some brake switch adjustments but again can't say if it is resolved fully.
Will be taking car out of 500km trip tomorrow. I hope issue is gone fully now ✌️
You shouldn't worry. Take it on highway and enjoy the drive 👍
Anyways Mahindra cars doesn't get same issues, every other car gets a different issue

ScorpioN is still the best value for money car if you look at Z4,Z6 variants but it has some electronic issues.
Depends on your luck. I know lot of ScorpioN owners who haven't got a single issue till date but I got couple of them already.
If you want a tension free ownership then Hyundai, Kia, Maruti, Toyota are for you.
But if you need a 4x4 vehicle in this price segment then eventually you don't have any other option.

Jokes apart , that's the thing with having indian brand cars. Constant fear of breaking down. Sad reality but what to do.and to makes situation worst , after sales service is also below average.

The kind of issues we get in these cars are very difficult to identify the root cause as every car has a different type of issue.
Two back 2 back disappointments frm mahindra. First tuv300(balero neo) with 1 star safety and now your car. A special brand says vocal 4 local but you will notice many Chinese spare parts used in it. Generally we are asked to boycott Chinese stuff. Better to purchase any car on merit instead becoming patriotic. 😂

Mahindra Tata has to do a lot of work on their electronics. Japanese reliability is a distant dream for them. I had owned Brezza Diesel earlier which never gave me a single issue despite taking it to all parts of India.
Mahindra engines are great but not their electronics.

ScorpioN is a RWD ladder on frame Real SUV which has totally different feeling from FWD.
If u want luxury and more features then Hector plus otherwise if u like muscular look, more power, more respect & have to drive on bad patches more then ScorpioN.
ScorpioN has random electronic issues but its still beft VFM 4X4 vehicle out there.

Whole a/t assembly was changed
Did they found out any fault code via OBD scanner ? And how many times did u got the issue? Do you have any reference repair ID or anything to share. I can give reference to the service center as they are not able to find the issue in my car as of now despite checking it 3 times.
As now our car is in the service center we will give you all the information when our car will come from the service center

Mahindra Tata have to work on their sensors n electronics everybody knows it. I know lot of users who did not encounter a single issue in their ScorpioN till date in last 1.5years. At the end luck plays as well.
