Oh man I highly, highly disagree. Deceiver is their best yet in my opinion, although I’m in love with it all. Their early stuff gets me hyped, alive, starry eyed. But THIS…is just a washing wave painting of emotion, substance, darkness, bliss and depth. It’s encapsulated the human experience. Each song is a shoegaze esque masterpiece of dreamy/intricate highs & lows. Just watching them perform this (despite low vocals) has taken my breath away far more than any other performance of theirs. Taker is one of my favourites.
