Always like your vids. This is a good method with a variety of patterns. I’ve found pin fry effective. A little baking soda on the CA glue seems to make the bond between the hook shanks stronger. If you have walleye and pike in the same water, that may matter. Also, tiny propellers work nice.

Kayak angler for years, love it. Bought a float tube about two years ago. Man, that thing is a stealthy and sneaky tool to have. Thanks for all the tutorials amd time making them.

Wish I could find fish like that where I live. Most perch and sunfish don't come close to that size. And rainbows in the same water? Lucky you.

recommend getting a beading looper tool and making shanks instead of cutting up hooks. much cheaper!

Sorry, I didn’t see this until now. I was using white marabou jigs and mid-depth suspending crankbaits.

I like your jigs bro it rich for my blood I don’t care if it is custom it still hi three or four times buying your stuff I can buy my own set up and make it my self I can see if 4-jigs cost like $7.99 or 10 pack cost like $13.99 not 4-for $20 that’s crazy bro I bet you ain’t sold alot

You’d be surprised how much of a difference custom lures make. In a heavily-pressured water where fish are constantly seeing the same things over and over, they’re conditioned to not bite. Sometime all it takes is something fresh and more realistic to get the big ones to strike. Those who understand that are more willing to spend on custom lures. The point of my video is not to buy my stuff, it’s to start learning to tie your own. Those who can’t, I offer my own jigs to on my site. I’ve had a few orders, but I’d like to think that a lot more people are out there tying their own. If store bought, mass produced stuff works for you, go for it. I fished that stuff for years with lots of success. Tight lines brother!
