Back in 2008, Metallica released their ninth studio album, "Death Magnetic," which included the powerful track, "The Unforgiven III." The fan base remains divided: some consider this album a strong entry, while others label it as "selling out." Personally, I appreciate songs from each Metallica album! 🤘🎸

someone atleast show mercy and forgive james and the band for being on the biggest and most outrageous sellouts and total embarrassments to music. i never believed conspiracy theories but how does a band go from epic to actually probably the worst band i’ve ever heard make new music. i play guitar and if they took dave’s riff notebooks that would’ve supported the good albums. regardless i honestly i was kicked out of catholic school for wearing their shirts and i honestly couldn’t possibly find less interest in a bands music since the originals. id rather listen to anything from rap to death cab for cutie to weeper to the muse. even mel think id rather listen than one single long of her field and gang

I respect your opinion, but I personally think they have great songs on each album, especially this one, as well as being one of, if not, the best bands to ever release music. Whether they sold out or not, they kept releasing good music, selling out shows, etc. Sure, they stole songs from Dave off the first 3ish albums, but they've since credited him, buried the hatchet, and have created their own iconic masterpieces, like this song for example. I think this is one of their more underrated albums. Probably because it came after ST anger, but it has so many hidden gems that I don't think are talked about enough.
