This judge give ms love everything she wants it's sickening to watch unfair treatment. I believe ms love is make this court trial longer for no reason. And the people she put on the stand is worthless and has no point in this case wasting everyone's time. Mr steel , Adam has been standing on business try hard but all this hear say or double hear say is crazy. If they have to appeal the outcome of this trial this judge has not seen being fair on both sides only the state side. This is not fair judgements seen by this judge. It's look like he's for the state even with steel and Adam bring up good points. Ms. Love bring minute video and record but allows and goes crazy on everyone else.

This judge has issues. He starts court late. He delays the proceedings having 2hrs lunches and ending early. Days/weeks off. He delays rulings for later. He cannot allow the defense to speak their arguments yet the state can talk uninterrupted for 30 minutes. The state pre-trial motioned the court to remove him off the case which was denied. Judge threatened Steele with misconduct yet did nothing about Love lying to the court. Candor to the Tribunal is within the rules of professional conduct. Guess the rule book goes out the windowor swings in one direction in this courtroom. The judge is supposed to be objective and ensure a fair trial is conducted. The state has been trying to slide evidence in without sharing since day 1. There comes a point when it is enough. He is a narc and gaslight. The worst thing is that every defendant is affected. JQC needs to take notice of this judge. When judge is informed that he has never been admonished in front to the jury. It shut him up. Motion to recuse. Total embarrassment and the state needs his help.
Well said. This case the way it's being conducted in court is a hot mess!!! This judge seems very unprofessional and the prosecution is just all over the place. I really feel like Thug is going to be found not guilty cause there's just so much inconsistency about this case there's really no concrete evidence to prove the prosecution's case!!!

Not only will the oversight committee not do anything to the judge, they will do so based on the facts that the state and the judge aren't the ones on trial for a decade long trail of death, drugs and misery.

Ah ok.. now I see. Exactly why (not examples, NOT only this jurisdiction), how a court of unbiased opinion, a court where you are “innocent until proven guilty,” does not exist in many places in this nation. And fyi- I was never one who believed YT was innocent. But the way the “system” which is no system at all works these days- gives absolutely NO ONE a fair shake.
Examples:
-there should NEVER be not have been private investments in prisons allowed in any way.
- why do we have the largest incarcerated population in the world?
-why do we have the largest population of incarcerated prisoners WHO ARE INNOCENT in the world? What, 30%???

If cases Must prove “beyond a reasonable doubt,” that a person is guilty- you dang well better have their DNA and photos everywhere proving it is this exact individual before even considering to vote not guilty yet how many cases are viewed guilty bc people actually THINK pd/judges/prosecutors/defense/witnesses/etc etc etc “should be trusted,” when it’s very commonly known that some of the most powerful people/groups are THE ONES WHO ARE CORRUPT????…

If the judge/prosectors care about the integrity of the case they would ensure there is no potential for the case to be overturned on appeal. They seem to not care. Steele just needs to make his record and continue to handle his business. RECUSE/APPEAL/MISTRIAL.
