- Young Thug attorney Keith Adams called out lead prosecutor Adriane Love over "misrepresentations" she made to Judge Ural Glanville during a bench conference on Wednesday. "She was disingenuous," defense attorney Adams said. The moment happened after the judge ruled on a 15-second video of the rapper that he said can be played by the state.

This judge’s last trial was ended early on a mistrial. He is doing everything in his power to not allow it again even though a mistrial should have granted 3 months ago. Most insanely bias court case I’ve watched in my life!!!!!

This not even the first time Love has done that with no reprimand from the judge. Off the top of my head, Love and Steele were arguing on a ruling about if Steele could ask questions to Adrian Bean about being interviewed in the hospital. Love said with absolute certainty that Bean never went to the hospital. After Steele proved he did, the judge said nothing and Love casually changed her argument to saying that he was never interviewed while in the hospital (which is also probably a lie from the by the police but that’s another story)

At this state level (kangaroo cout), it's all about clapping cheeks and they letting us know... Even one of the detectives was trying to clap cheeks from one the witnesses not too long ago...

He either has an agenda against the defense or agenda for the prosecutions bc there’s no way he yells are various defense attorneys for fairly minor infractions and the prosecutor (Love in particular) continues to be deceiving and blatantly disrespectful to the court and Glanville doesn’t bat an eye. When it’s the defense they get chewed out when it’s the prosecution he doesn’t do anything and if he does address it, he’s addressing ALL attorneys in the court lol can’t make this up.

Your Honor Glanville, it is widely acknowledged that you have not acted impartially towards the defendants in your courtroom. You have fallen short of the principles of justice. There is still time to adjust your behavior and ensure that your tenure on the bench is not marred by bias.
The longer this video goes on the more ridiculous they sound. An internal investigation needs to happen between the judge and DA Love. There is gross misconduct of office happening at the minimum. Hopefully the defense gets fed up and hires a private investigator to leak whatever under table dealings these two have going on.

I sincerely hope the jurors take notice of these examples that Mr. Adams laid out because the DA does indeed have a conspicuous habit of doing exactly this. The "misrepresentations" to essentially lie and cheat to win motions has been an ongoing factor that has dragged on way too long, and ultimately it's on the judge to say 'enough is enough' and ensure that his rulings on motions, especially in favor of the DA, are factually affirmed and the state held liable if they continue to "misrepresent" things in court. This trial is already a farce and the state's case for RICO is embarrassingly weak.

If the court has no interest in the case why does he never rule against the state? And how/why was there a Daubert hearing in front of the jury?! That has never happened in any court in the U.S. before.. The point of a Daubert hearing is for the Judge to evaluate the admissibility of the experts testimony. How does this work if they already testify in front of the Jury?! WTF is going on in this trial? The Judge and Prosecutor need to be investigated

Miss Love is a product of Fani Willis so boisterous and rude to the court and the defense and the judge let’s her get away with it , I’m so happy he said all he did to the judge because they the defense would never get away with it like she does , I know if this has to go to a higher court because they were found guilty it will be overturned for sure. The way Ms Love manipulates well, everything, can’t be missed by the jury. She is the only prosecutor I’ve ever seen that argues and talks over the judge (not in this clip because she has to match the defense attorney…who was right and she knows it) and not be charged with contempt. She’s horrible to endure. I sincerely feel sorry for this jury. She had 4, yes 4, “gang experts” from the same pd to basically say the same thing. What a fun way to spend months of your life. 9:06 98% of the chastising has been levied at the defense. This was a prime time to chastise the prosecution, and the judge did not.
If someone has to pefice a statement in court with "I'm gonna be candid with you" you know they about to try pull one over on you. Same as when people say, "I'm gonna be honest with you" as if there is a need to specifically point out that difference out from the rest of whatever it is they are saying.
