And I say again for the hundredth time, M/Y Nautilus is the right name for this boat. It was Nauti that made it and it is Nauti that will pay for it and it is Nauti that will run it. Nauti, Nauti, Nautilus. This is my last time saying it, have a great day!
@@sheepdog1102 Oh no doubt! I in no way mean to imply any differently. I merely feel passionate about it so expressed myself passionately. I signed off with "have a great day" even. Be well.
@@MegaDRjohn Haha that is a good one. I like Nautilus so much because of the actual animal. The shell is a multi chambered vessel from the ocean. The boat will be a multi chambered vessel ON the ocean. It just felt right is all.
Now it's coming along.... Once you can walk around on/in it like that and see changes happening, it feels a lot more real. I remember being part of a small bridge-building crew back in the day, and it was similar. At first it was a lot of concrete work, welding beams together on shore, fabricating struts, etc; but it was all just isolated parts. Once we got the first full i-beam stretch from one shore to the other, however, and we could walk across it "like it's a real bridge" even though it was just a few inches wide, it finally felt like it was a proper Thing unto itself. Everything else after that felt like window-dressing (even though it was still a lot of work), because the Thing itself, the identifiable Thing, had come into existence. Glad to see you being able to walk around and inside your Thing. It's real now, too :)
It's looking good 👍 Watching ADAMAS being built is like watching a military ship going through the same thing...just on a much smaller scale! Still the same excitement and wonder of it all! 😃❤️👍
Yes! I just watched the Maverick video. That was mind-blowing, this morning, it occurred to me that I've been missing an update here. I figured it was interior stuff now. The "finish out" process is always hard to wait for...😅 So funny about the fan! I think the construction to the stern of your boat is your... Bering 72 tender! Right? For toys and helicopter and hiding Christmas presents to keep it a surprise?!?! :-) It is mind-blowing to me that with a house you build the foundation on the ground and leave it. With a boat you have to construct the entire three dimensional space in order to get a foundation ...it’s just mind blowing.
Very cool. I named one of my boats Adamas. I decided on that name when I read this: Adamas, from ancient Greek and meaning unconquerable or indestructible, is the root of the word diamond.
Oh my gosh, ive missed these things, its not even my boat but it feels like it is. I'm 66 yrs old this year, ill never get to experience her when she is up and running but I will be able to live it through you guys Strange how much I look forward to seeing Rico so excited lol.
Interesting , Thank you for showing some of the Fine Engineering , Precision Craftmanship and Attention to detail that will Make You're boat Truly Special.
I have nothing to do with boats or yachts, but have been watching this for a while. Don't know why but I've been waiting on another update with a lot of anticipation. Thank you!
Adamas is looking good. Love the name, love the boat. She's a big girl!! (Fans are important!) I love this build series. It's like an online master class in how a steel yacht should be designed and built.
OMG A recorded live❗ Happy to hear about the progress! We are getting, almost, as excited as you guys!! Ok, that's way cheaper for us, but still, we are glad to know that the BSG Commander is reveiving love from Bering Staff! I think you should go for the naked interior with visible insulation, no furnitures, some camping beds... No ? Really ? I thought it would have been kind of simple and clean... :D
I wonder where the piece of metal is that you welded at the start of things, maybe it’s a secret that only you and Alexi know. I bet he’s been super busy but excited too. It really does make you realise what goes into making the dream come true, I wonder who’s going to be the VIP when you finally launch your own Bering. Take care and thanks for sharing your adventures with us all.
The interior finishing is going to make a huge difference. The new window addition to the rear door was a very good one. In fairness, this builder is not yet showcasing some of the innovations seen in leading Italian designs. Like: * Reversible aft infinity cockpits. * Convertible inside/outside salons * Simple Balconies with deck dropdowns * Flybridge WITH head (washroom) I assume? your boat will be a showroom for Bering, so it needs? to run with the pack a bit better. There are so many strong yachts in this 80-foot space and Turkish builder NuMarine XP30 is a game changer as well.
Hopefully this yacht build goes on for a long time and Rico manages to keep the camera focussed on the pokies. Think the heat was causing him to miss sometimes. Anyway, pokies for ever. 🎉😅
I didn’t see that last shot you all said you were going to do? The one where he wanted that long shot through the different levels of the boat. No worries, thanks for the video update anyways!! :)
At 7:27 when you showed the cross section of the fairing it looked on the video like the fairing was separating from the steel at the top of the wall? Maybe from shrinking!
Who ever did the editing, sure made this a fun episode with the diva moving the fan around 😂 Remember, the last 10% of the work to be done, takes 90% of the time. Hopefully not
WoW!! She's coming along great. Yes definitely see a change from the last video. Question what length is the total wiring going to be once boats complete ?
These builders know what they are doing, I guarantee that the other manufacturers are not as through as Bearing. Like I said in the beginning, you have made the best choice. I am not just couch potato either, I do have over 35 years in mechanics, machine repair and millwright work.
It seems to be taking a long time for this build is it because so many changes or because Bering has so many builds going at the same time or both? I don’t have a lot of experience or patience. But it will be beautiful when completed!😊
Looking but hadn’t notice anything major. Is the major stuff nearly coming to an end? Is it nearly ready for the interior? It’s going to be beautiful I envision.
Oh my God so many adverts it's like watching American TV, you do know you can limit the adverts when publishing guys?! Nice to actually see a bit of an update with the build, thought they had sealed you into the bulkheads.
I'm thinking, with the first 4 letters of your vessels name being mine, and the fact that you used my idea of Latin as the ships name, I should be on the maiden voyage Or just wishful thinking
Dear Rico and Victoria ... I love you , I love your channel , your video's , your ship but i have to ask you to read the name you have given to this beautifull ship... read it loud . I read Adamas like in Adam Ass .... sorry but i don't think i am ther only one who have doubts about the name 🙏🙏❤

And it’s Nauti that gets to decide.😊
nah nauticals, it took a big pair of them to sort out this project

There is already a famous Nautilus ship, the E/V Nautilus

Wow, that's one amazing ship & it not even complete yet. Thx for the update.

Mr. Diva tagged LOL!! When Adamas is finally finished y'all need to do the tour just like the other tours, then at the end SURPRISE !!
It's about time guys, how could you let us wait this long? 😂
Lol, I love watching you two,Rico is like a kid in a candy store! That is going to be a marvelous vessel 😊!
Wow, thanks for the update guys. The Yacht looks great !

She's definitely looking great! And the boat isn't looking too bad either 😜
Great to see the progress. Going to be so big.
About time guys I’ve been waiting for update for weeks , I can’t wait to see your Ship!
Victoria, you have got the cutest facial expressions at times it’s because of your brown eyes
Шикарная яхта! За вами и вашим строительством приятно смотреть 😊 всех благ вам ❤
Back-flushing is an amazing idea!
Nice. I have been waiting for this update.
Been waiting on this! Watching it now!!!!
I was longing for an update. Thank you for your well edited Videos! ❤
Waouh !
In the end, how many kilometers of cables, pipes....?
Hopefully this yacht build goes on for a long time and Rico manages to keep the camera focussed on the pokies. Think the heat was causing him to miss sometimes. Anyway, pokies for ever. 🎉😅
This boat build feels like it’s taking longer than the Panama Canal to be made lol

Hello awesome guys,,
Looking good. So far
Love from South Africa
Mitch
At 7:27 when you showed the cross section of the fairing it looked on the video like the fairing was separating from the steel at the top of the wall? Maybe from shrinking!
Your props are nicely protected

Wow! Thank you for sharing!
I feel like I missed an update somehow exclamation the boat has changed so much. I’m gonna have to go hunting. This is really getting exciting.
So, Bering are building your chase boat as well huh?
WoW!! She's coming along great. Yes definitely see a change from the last video. Question what length is the total wiring going to be once boats complete ?
We expect full details on your interior design decisions...especially on the pillows!! LOL j/k
Things will move quickly now... hang on!
Rico is the "Geezer Diva" lol, Would the framework have anything to do with the B60 Cat?
Wow originally you were supposed to be in the water by now. The yard is waaaay behind. Looks great however.
So excited!! Can’t wait to see this!! I’m second…maybe
BTW, do you have an updated estimated build completion date yet?
Looking good. Gonna be very nice. ❤

Finally an update 🙂
Great to see the progress! When is it going to be finished???
It seems to be taking a long time for this build is it because so many changes or because Bering has so many builds going at the same time or both? I don’t have a lot of experience or patience. But it will be beautiful when completed!😊
"German interfering" was funny.
BTW What will your new baby be called when it hits the water?
Who will finish first? Adamas or Sailing Uma? My two favorite boating channels.
6:46 I guess they're building the roof for the flybridge. Am I right? 🙂
Looking but hadn’t notice anything major. Is the major stuff nearly coming to an end? Is it nearly ready for the interior? It’s going to be beautiful I envision.
Are we going to see a full walkthrough of the 88?
Much progress, but is July 25 still a reasonable charter ready date?
You need to carry some personal fans for days like this. 😅😂
Does anyone have any idea how far behind the videos are compared to real life? I feel like in the beginning it was scheduled to be complete about now.
is there a catamaran behind the boat?
45* here in Arizona 🥶
21:55 Victoria, you complain it's you being filmed when he's most excited? Really? Anyway, you're much easier to look at than him. 😛
It is a cat shell being worked on?
Oh my God so many adverts it's like watching American TV, you do know you can limit the adverts when publishing guys?! Nice to actually see a bit of an update with the build, thought they had sealed you into the bulkheads.
it was on Automatic, I just changed it... YT is out of control, thank you for pointing out
Anything Mechanical is a Appliances to the Guys, anything to do with taking care of said guy is said Appliances 😂
Remind us how long is your build. 2 or 3 yrs?
She will be a Beast. A Pretty Beast.
what is the estimated complete date?
👍👍👍👍👍
were is the hard hat??? I know ther is caps as hardhats but that one is not. you see the hair and hole in the back.
Hay guys. What is a sea chest?
Sorry to ask but what is a sea chest? Please explain?
But there are situations to Victoria, where you look like a little girl because you have such a cute face
