Lol. you must not know how the law works ! unless the parents bought the cars for the kids with the intention of them doing that, then what you are suggesting makes no sense on any level, even for the dumb. Maybe we should also charge the parents when their kids get in an accident too. You know what would make sense, confiscate the vehicle, revoke license, 90 days in jail for first offense and if they dont learn, 2 years in jail with 1 year community service 4 hours per day cleaning up the road and I bet that would be a better solution
