This reveals the often hidden unhappiness of a large portion of famous people and serves to criticize those who idolize famous people. at 2:35 to 2:38 there is a juxtaposition of her in her cat suit and a model holding a kitten suggesting that as a "rich bitch" she is helpless, naive, and does not take care of her self. This is enforced by the guy holding the toilet paper for her and the butlers bringing her food and drink. Thus as a whole the song is a critique of the famous and attempts to expose them for who they are - sad lonely people who have everything done for them and put on a mask of happiness that the public gobble up like tic tacs without realizing it is all a facade.
