I really appreciate your warnings on this video. I often, like most people, have nuns over for listening parties. Pass a little communion wine and they get wild. Last thing I need is them getting upset and whacking me with a stick. A little more experimental type music this week, well worth digging into. Swirls second video, interesting. Nice T Shirt Sam
Hi Steve. I've never met a nun who wasn't down to party and listen to some rock n roll music. They can and will get a little carried away with the stick - which I know can be exciting to some, but I would rather not take that beating on a regular basis. Once in a while is cool, but not every time we need to flip the record over. Cheers!
Hey Sam. Have you been bumping into people getting on and off elevators lately? Maybe bumping into nuns? I highly suggest bumping into a nun sometime. The filth that flies from a nun’s mouth after being bumped into is simply glorious. MEMORIALS is my selection this week. The Tortoise/free jazz allusions won me over. Might check out Swirls, too, just because of the denim. Cheers ✌🏻
Hi Jon. Nuns are diabolical. They have been getting away with tormenting the globe for billions of years with impunity. I have heard they can even control the weather. I remember a time when I thought that sort of thing was pure science fiction. But, Nuns. Cheers!
AM DRAM is a morning dosage of dramamine for your pet, if say, you were gonna take them on a cruise or up the left escalator in a foreign country. Some bands these days seem to be going out of the way to be difficult to find.
"Am-dream?" Come on, that sounds like the kind of mistake I'd make. I hold the Douche to higher standards. Coincidentally, I listened to a bunch of recent Howlin' Banana releases last week and I thought that Swirls was the best. "Red Kit White Cat" is probably one of my tunes of the year. (Is it just me or does the lead singer of Swirls resemble a hefty Pete Holmes?) At any rate I hope you'll soon be douching at full power again soon and you can resume your typical, nun-friendly, content.
I make another pretty significant flub in the next video as well. To call this whole operation "amateur hour" might be just a tad bit generous. Glad you are also digging that Swirls record. I hope someday the Nuns get what is coming to them. Cheers!
Sincerely appreciate these videos! You've cued me into so many things that are right up my alley
I appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment. Glad you are finding something interesting in these. Cheers!
Fabulous t-shirt. Drunks With Guns: I haven't heard their name in nearly 40 years. I kinda like the new Pearl and the Oysters. Always fun stuff!
Thanks for hanging out and taking the time to comment. Cheers!

I just don't know what to think with Pearl & The Oysters. Swirls - I can hear the early Parquet Courts, for sure.
Yeah, Pearl & The Oysters probably isn’t for everyone.

You ain’t lyin’ - I can’t believe how buried some things are on Bandcamp. Might be a new strategy but it’s just a head scratcher for me.
Your shirt would be appropriate in the store called Bullets and Booze.
If that’s an offensive band name t-shirt store I’ll book a flight. Cheers!
