The Purpose Podcast, Ep. 9 Ft. Dean Middleburgh & Rich Hayes

In this weeks episode, I am joined by Dean Middleburgh, a world traveller, transformation coach & Purpose crusader.
From one former yachtie to another, Dean joined me to share his perspective on the superyacht industry and why we both quit our well-paying jobs in the heart of the pandemic.
Although we come from completely different backgrounds, we both share the same cause, a passion for helping others find their purpose & drive in life.
Dean echoes the same sentiment I had in 2020; He was living his dream lifestyle but felt lonely, lost, and unhappy. The more places he visited and the more people he met only helped compound the loneliness and isolation he was feeling. The idea of real responsibilities and commitments scared the life out of him & he didn't feel like he belonged anywhere and echoed this deep subconscious block that he was destined to fail.
Dean joined me this week to share that story and highlight that we do not have to have it all figured out. But to figure out where you want to go, you need the guidance to get you where you want to go.
This is why we believe everyone needs a coach.
This episode lent a refreshing insight into what many people like Dean are faced with on a daily basis and I am truly thankful for being able to share part of his story!
