for everyone who had to restart the build a couple times: the polished diorite border is 18x 18 but the inside is 16x16 (If you want to try and count for yourself go to 00:45) good luck
@@littzz2145 yes but there is a border on both sides of the 18, so 18 - 1 (right side) - 1 (left side) = 16 Or another way (D - Diorite and G = grass) DGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGD
I ripped apart my previous Zen garden and recreated it because I messed it up after finding an image of top 10 gardens which I was going by from eye. I have to say this tutorial was so easy to follow and now my garden looks so beautiful. Thank you Cortezerino. I'm transforming a hotel to a 5 star hotel, having mined out the side of a mountain that was attached to the building. Now I have a beautiful garden instead.
Tip to those who didn’t like the string idea: you can do the command “/give @p barrier” and it creates an invisible block you can place on top of the bamboo :)
Friendly reminder: If you’re building the castle or the 32x32 build, always check your angle positions of each specific build. Had to restart because of that careless mistake 😅 Great vid btw 😎
I’ve been needing a garden for my custom village it fits with what I was doing with different areas Japanese area, a medieval settler area, and a semi modern shop area.
cortiz i’ve followed nearly every tutorial, i love your channel, you’re so chilled and easy to follow you deserve so much more subscribers not to mention how great your builds are, keep doing what you’re doing !
Oh im excited so glad I found you Im going to make a Japanese village and was searching for villages and came across yours and here are heaps of them and gardens as well I have begun a Italian village and wine gardens, Ive begun a Medieval village also and I have a simple Dock and 1 house then I made yours so on my way there slowly Thank you so much it takes a lot of time to present these tutorials Cheers 🤗🇦🇺
Watched this when released, now watching back for inspiration for my Japanese build. I’ll add a link to this tutorial in the description when the video is released. Love your content.
These gardens are stunning. Fabulous job and Thk u for sharing ur design w us. You leave no stone unturned, 😁 easy to follow tutorial. I’m looking forward to continue building w u.
A tip for everyone watching this now and is kind of annoyed with being able to see the string on top of the bamboo use a structure void or barrier block.... to obtain use this command( if creative) /give @p structure_void or the same thing just put barrier at the end
This is amazing Im speechless. This was so relaxing to watch your videos are awesome :) Definitely gonna build this with my aquatic theme and put my own spin on it ^-^
I play with my friends but since they are very trash builders (good at minecraft except building) I am the one who builds. I enjoy building but I'm not creative ;-; Either way your underrated and you deserve more subscribers! Oh and love your buildings
Again love the videos if I was doing them individually, but when you try to fit the other ones together with the bridge, tea house and the cherry blossom these tutorials are garbage and doesn't make sense in the slightest. I just wish you did them all together so it would make more sense. I've been working on the castle build for over a month now and it just looks terrible due to everything being offset and not lining up so I'm just stuck with what it looks like now. If anyone plans on doing these builds together I wish you luck but I do not recommend it. Just do them separately and it will save you a lot of time and pain.

I really like looking at mine craft builds and these tutorials let me just enjoy a build for a decent amount of time.
A true legend does a block by block tutorial, thank you for this.

i dont consider it stealing since builders like you and i like to take inspiration from each other in our builds
I also have a lot of passion for architecture, and I think the video is very good because you are also very passionate! Thanks for the inspiration.
That's so pretty!!!
I will personally add a Sakura tree with pink cotton/pink cement. I bet it'll look very pretty
Get it done with pink wool and magenta terracotta, it would look better with a bit of shading
I don’t know why, but the “And when you’re done, you can drop in a... tropical fish” line really got to me
I love this! I’m making a Japanese town with my friend and I’ll use this :D
same
Me as well.

Very timely video - just been looking for zen garden designs for my mountain village.
Omg I loved this I made it with my Japanese styled world and it looks perfect in it!
Hi
Nice Looking Zen Garden! Build both the Zen Garden and Koi Pond! :)
Love it so much...added it too the other one, the pond. It's looking great
My fish keep offing themselves
Thank u I'll turn this into an enchanting area thanks
Hi, Cortezerino, I used your design with some 1.16 nether update blocks. Looks amazing. And, thank you
Thank You so much for sharing this design. I Love it. 🤗👍😁❤✌🤗
just wanna say ur tutorials are one s of the best ! amazing work bro

Really great! Just finished applying to my world. Thumbs up!
Plese Can you make a minecraft forest themed chunk build

It’s really good, 😁😁👌🏾👍🏾 I make sure to add a sign with your name.
Well you sure got that zen in you

I watch this like 8 million times a day me trying to make Japanese village
He loves his andesite slabs
this looks really good in my mc world! ty
Man i took a lot of inspiration from this video and oh boy i love it to bits!
You said 16x16 it’s actually 18x18 I restarted twice
That diorite border is just to mark where the chunk is, it's not actually part of the build but you can include it if you like it
Cortezerino But inside the border is a 17x17
Miller Standley go back to grade 2 maths. It is 16x16.
@@millerstandley4435 Bruh, there is one extra on each side. Therefore there is 2 extra in total. So, it is 16*16.
Lamb & Wolf he litterally even showed the chunk borders so u don’t have an excuse for being so stupid
Hey man this is aweosme! Great work
Vim pelo Felipe Neto mas já conhecia seu canal e sou inscrita a um tempo.
How do you place blocks without crouching will your flying it would rlly help me and I can’t find out how
Which shader do you use?
禅と鳥居は関係が無い
I might use this for the beacon place cuz i will do a Japanese theme town thanks!
Omg im going to build this for my modern house
If people done like the string there you can use barrier blocks by using the command /give @s barrier
what's that house behind??? Can you show us tutorial?
Thank you so much
he said 16x16 but at3:49 you see the one side has 18
Yeah
Both are 18 I counted T^T
its 16x16, the build is actually on the inside of the "marked" stone floor
What's the texture pack? That water looks amazing 😍
I'm using Sildur's Shaders, that's all :)
They use shaders to make their videos look more appealing
@@icyzombies5281 can ytbers not have shaders in their videos anymore?? :/
Nice video, keep up the good work!!
Honestly gonna use this as a platform for enchanting
That's a great idea!
Bro why no material list its a pain in the ass rebuilding this whenninhave to stop 16 times bc sth is missing....
Thats is so cool thankyou!!
I have a neat design using dead coral's using dead coral bush its look like pebbles
Dios mío, es genial lo que construyes, me encanta
Thanks for this!
Am I dumb or when I try and build this I never have space inside the square
How cuteeeee!
Vim pelo felipe neto, vídeo muito top👌
what shaders do you use?
What is the water mod and can u get it on console
Said 16x16 So I put it like that and it was actually 18x18 So I had to redo
The diorite isn't part of the build, it's just marking out the 16x16 area
@@Cortezerino Yeah I found that out later. 😂 Thanks for replying though, really appreciate that!
Loving your content
I looked at this and i adapted it to my cherry blossom layout
how do you get cherry blossoms? :o
I can kinda see a ying yang in this
yoo my fish jumped out the pond 😃🤚
I made it but your idea of 16×16 didnt semm to work with me mine was a little hard to make as the area was small still a great tutorial
Finally you make this video🥳🥳
Why can’t I put trap doors on fence
There doesnt seem to be a way to waterlog stuff in 1.12.2......-.-
What is your shader??
what texture pack is this
I use Vanilla Tweaks and Complementary Shaders.
This will go in my japanese village
Can you make a tutorial for the elven house
anyone else’s fish always swim down to the trapdoors even though the water is level then randomly decide to jump out and kill themselves
Thanks for the vídeo
Thanks dude
De cuanto es el cuadrado?
Thank you
I only know what a zen garden is because of PVZ
mountain village part 3
How do you make your water stay still ?
Just drop buckets of water all around the edge of the pond, eventually all the water will stop flowing.
Some on stole your build your thumbnail. Just want you to know. Love your build

hint:if your in a swamp biome use moss as grass and put diamond blocks under the water!
I dont think ppl have enough diamonds for that
@@blubery9190 true you could use concrete or wool
are the leaves not going to disappear?
If you place the leaves they'll stay forever
@@Cortezerino cool, i was under the impression leaves not connected to wood will die. thank you for the garden it is very very nice
