Unfortunately no. Still haven't filled that particular gap in my collection. I'm thinking about getting a Gretsch Duo Jet and putting some DeArmond style single coils in it. We'll see. Thanks for watching.
This has been my experience as well. I ended up swapping in some vintage-spec Filter'trons and I'm loving it. However, the RB pickups are not a standard size, so changing pickups also means custom pickup mounting rings.
You will end up regretting selling it! I own the Kingbolt, it's the best guitar i've ever owned (next to Ibanez, Sirte, Fender and Gibsons) and will never part from it. greets from the Netherlands
It has been a few months. Did you find something to replace it? What was it?

I traded my Jetstream 390 for similar reasons. Thanks for an honest review in a world where people overreact to fair criticism on popular gear
@@baltipszlr3398 thanks 😊
They're made in Korea, not Indonesia. Best handmade guitars you can buy under 2k.
You are correct. Thanks for clarifying.

Interesting. I was considering doing that as well. I really wanted that guitar to work for me because I don't own any other offset body guitars.
Which mounting rings did you use?
@@monovision566 I made my own from some spare pickguard material. I'm not aware of an aftermarket replacement.

@jeanpaulscheepers7541 yeah, will probably own another someday!
I bought one and love it and will not be selling it, don’t listen to this guy
thought they are made in Korea
@@teerakkiss yes, they are made in Korea
