Sorry, i have no experience of adding Tepong Hoon kueh~a premix flour, to this recipe..if you're unable to source the green bean starch, you can omit it, then as replacement, add in additional 20g tapioca starch. Thanks🙏
Rice flour and egg have the same bouncy characteristic in baking, hence, adding egg to this recipe will increase the bouncy texture of the rice cake. indirectly it will sacrifice its softness too. in order to retain the cake's softness, you need to increase the other ingredient~tapioca starch, how much an extra of it needs to be added will be based your own liking. 早上好,我是用新鲜椰奶,盒装的有分椰奶(milk)和缩浓椰奶(cream)。你要用椰奶(milk),如果觉得浓可以参水稀释到如牛奶般的浓稠度。7寸圆模可以的只是成品比較矮点,要水烧开后以中火上锅蒸。谢谢🙏
