Chicken Karahi - The Lost Recipe

I recently had visited to a friend of mine who is originally from pakistan and came here as an exchange student. She cooked me this really amazing tasty chicken karahi which I became a fan of instantly, because first of all I myself love to cook and secondly how easy and simple the recipe is.
So I wanted to try this out myself and surprisingly it came out really good. This is prolly 8th or 9th time I am making this recipe and boi oh boi, it never turned down on me.
I also had the opportunity to try out some other traditional pakistani dishes which is kind of not common in India, but let me tell you how tasty those dishes were.
Also special mention to ‪@KunFoods‬ for making me understand the importance of black pepper, in his words "dardara kuti hui kali mirch".
The difference between Indian food and Pakistani food is that Indian food tends to use a lot of varities in the spices while Pakistani food focuses on perfecting the taste of the meet in itself without using a lot of spices.
This chicken karahi also follows the same principal of not using a lot of spices yet brings out the absolute banger of a taste just by using "namak" and "kuti hui kali mirch".
