i think its just a korea thing, like lucidity which are just way stronger in early game and korean games dont really last that long to justify going for mathematically bis items. its also why eastern pros have shit or outdated builds in competitive, because their perception of "bis" is almost entirely based on soloq, even tho competitive builds should be seen differently. i mean its the collector vs ldr meme, when collector is soloq bis but comp dogshit item

He play Mathematically correct Vladimir. The Normally stormsurge is only 91% gold efficient, but with deathcap and vlad passive, its actually 132% gold efficient as a 2nd item. There is a post in Vlad main that exlapin this and god it really help vlad this season.
