i would have been happy if gta 4 ran this smooth on my pc in 2008 or even if it just started just like prototype 2, i literally waited for 10-20 minutes just to make sure i saw about 5 frames from the game. I came to conclusion it's unplayable, if it ran like this in that ment i would have been the happiest boy on earth. 🤣

but back then the graphics were simpler. Low fps was not annoying that much
True, yet times have changed, although GTA 5 was released almost 10 years ago on X360/PS3 and it didn't run much better either.
My first FO3 and later Skyrim playthroughs were with my old shitty laptop at 720p and barely 30fps. Best time of my life!
