I saw that this machine uses part of the Galaxy Falcon's alternate name. However, it appears nobody who made a full list of custom part names ever bothered to list the Japanese-exclusive AX parts' alternate names, not even Gamefaqs or the fansites. Does anyone know them offhand?

Looks like a normal machine that'd fit with all the others.
Feels like a 29th century F-Zero machine that would fit in with the Rainbow Phoenix, anyway.
Having a cohesive paint job can do that to a Custom Machine.
